ArtCarved has been making American bridal jewelry since the 1850s. Their strength is classic silhouettes built to be worn for decades, along with a wide range of matching band sets. If you want a ring that still looks right in thirty years, this is where to start.
IDD supplies bridal collections and everyday diamond jewelry to hundreds of independent retailers across the country. Their range covers the middle of the market well, which makes them a good starting point if you are shopping for a first engagement ring on a defined budget.

Fairytale Bridal and the Dream collection cover the more decorative end of our bridal range, with halo settings and detailed metalwork.
Y.O.U Bespoke is our customizable engagement ring program. You choose the setting, the metal, and the center stone separately, which is the closest thing to custom design without the custom timeline.

What being an authorized dealer actually gets you
An authorized dealer buys directly from the manufacturer. That has three practical consequences.
The manufacturer’s warranty applies. If a Citizen watch or a Benchmark band has a problem, the brand honors it, because the serial number traces back to an authorized purchase. Grey-market and third-party sellers cannot offer this, and it is the most common reason people end up stuck with a repair the brand will not cover.
The materials are what the tag says. Metal content, stone grading, and certification all come from the manufacturer rather than from a reseller’s description.
Returns and service go through the brand. We handle the paperwork, and we can send a piece back to the manufacturer for service that we cannot perform in-house. For repairs, cleaning, and resizing we do handle in-store, see our jewelry repair and inspection services.
On top of the manufacturer warranty, we offer a free lifetime warranty and twelve months of free financing on qualifying purchases. Every member of our sales team is a certified diamond specialist, so if you want someone to walk you through why one brand’s setting is built differently from another’s, ask.

Serinium is a patented hypoallergenic alloy made by Jewelry Innovations in Salt Lake City. It is harder than precious metal, so it holds a polish and resists scratching in a way a gold band does not, and it costs considerably less. The tradeoff is that harder metals are more difficult to resize, so getting the fit right at purchase matters more. It suits people who work with their hands, anyone with a metal sensitivity, and anyone who wants a ring that still looks new after ten years. We stock Serinium bands and can order across the full Jewelry Innovations range.
No, we do not carry any of those. Our watch brands are Citizen, Bulova, and Caravelle, and our jewelry brands are listed above. If you are specifically after Le Vian or Swiss luxury watches, we would rather tell you now than have you make the trip.
Usually, yes. Between Stuller’s catalog and our direct manufacturer relationships, we can special-order across most of the lines we carry. Bring us a style number or a photo, and we will tell you what is possible and how long it will take.
Yes, we replace watch batteries in store, including on Bulova and Caravelle watches. Citizen Eco-Drive watches do not use a replaceable battery, since they run on light. We also handle band sizing and band repair.
Yes. We offer twelve months of free financing on qualifying purchases, and we work with Synchrony Financial, Snap Finance, Bread Financial, and Progressive Leasing so there are options across a range of credit situations.
No. Our in-store selection is significantly larger than what appears online, particularly in Inox, Jewelry Innovations, and our bridal lines. If you do not see what you want on the site, call us before you assume we do not have it.
Yes. We buy directly from each manufacturer for every brand listed on this page, which means the manufacturer’s warranty applies, materials and grading come from the brand rather than a reseller, and returns and service go through the brand’s official channels.
An authorized dealer has a direct relationship with the manufacturer, so the brand’s warranty covers what you buy. A reseller or grey-market seller may offer the same-looking product at a lower price, but the manufacturer will not honor a warranty claim because the serial number does not trace back to an authorized sale.
