I had such a warm experience ,nice welcome ,and goodbye at Rodger’s & Brook I came in not knowing what I wanted to get and Jennifer and Travis made me feel like family and Patiently helped me while answering each question I asked they have fine jewelry and a wide selection. They deserve a raise because you can see the love they have for the job I will be back very soon to see them. Highly recommend loved my experience!!!

Such a great store with beautiful merchandise. Jennifer and Travis were so amazing to work with. They are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about their product. This store has great customer service and knows how to take care of their guests that walk in. If you are looking for a jewelry store to shop at this is it…also LOVE the fact that they are family owned!

I would like to personally say ,Jennifer is such an asset to this business. She goes above and beyond taking care of the customers and well as the store. Her kindness and patience levels are very strong. If you were to leave the store in her presence unsatisfied it definitely would be you and not her. She will work with the customers and the staff in a very professional manner and still accommodate . She certainly takes her position seriously for the business as well as the consumers. I just can't say enough positive words about a person so committed and having an attitude above and beyond. I can honestly bday what ever her pay scale may be , she deserves top level pay. Once again , I am thankful for someone as her! I definitely will be a repeat customer!
