Here at Rogers & Brooke Jewelers, we’re more than just a jewelry store We’re in the business of love, celebration, friends, family, and most importantly— community. Our organization touches several communities filled with amazing guests and staff we adore. As such, we are choosing to place the health and safety of our communities first amidst these uncertain times of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
In accordance with the recommendations of government officials and medical experts, all Rogers & Brooke locations will be closed from Friday, March 20th through at least Tuesday, March 31st. Re-openings are subject to change due to state regulations.
We know many of you may have questions and concerns, and we want to assure you that we are still here to help. Please read our most frequently asked questions regarding business operations below:
Q: When will you re-open?
A: We are currently planning to re-open most locations on April 1st— but are closely following CDC recommendations and government mandates to ensure that re-opening is safe for both our customers and staff. Our Evansville, Indiana location is currently slated to re-open on the second week of April. We will send notifications via email and social media ASAP should our re-opening dates change.
Q: Will inspections for warranties due in March be extended?
A: Yes. All inspections will be extended 30 days after we have re-opened.
Q: Is my repair, appraisal, or special order safe during this time?
A: Yes, all items are locked away safely in our vault and will be available for pick up or shipping once we have re-opened.
