With most diamond purchases we offer a Lifetime Diamond and Gold Guarantee and Peace of Mind Service Plan Warranty. To keep your diamond looking new and to keep your Lifetime Diamond Guarantee in effect, your diamond jewelry must be inspected and professionally cleaned once a year and the inspection verified in writing on the back of the guarantee form. We will do this at no charge. In addition to the required inspections, please feel free to bring your jewelry in at any time for professional cleaning and inspection. Be sure to bring your certificate with you when you have your diamond cleaned and inspected.
Rogers & Brooke Jewelers warranty does not protect your jewelry against loss or theft. Coverage against loss or theft may be available through your homeowners’ insurance.

*The Peace of Mind Warranty covers protected jewelry worn under normal conditions. Peace of Mind Warranty will only cover diamond replacements up to 1 carat. Our Peace of Mind Warranty excludes Gemstones, Timepieces, Mother’s Rings, Jewelry Boxes, Giftware and Merchandise Loss, Theft, or Abuse.
If you’re unable to visit our Evansville, IN location for your annual inspection, please ship your items to us along with your warranty papers, name, return address, phone number, and any other relevant information.
